Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with the job that young Joel did with the installation of our bedroom shutter this morning. He has a great attitude towards his work. There was absolutely no problem for him to shave a little bit off the bottom and the top of the shutter, as our window is out of kilter and we could see different amounts of light coming through around the shutter. Hopefully we can make contact again soon to have the other shutter done.
I have used Newport Custom Shutters on a number of occasions and the service and value has been consistently excellent. My kitchen was the only room not to have shutters, and following this last order the whole house now feels complete. Dealing with Newport is always painless. I had one small problem with a laundry cupboard door a few years back, and it was immediately fixed – the installer actually asking if he could take it back a second time because he wasn't 100% happy with the end result.
